MoDOT requires curb and gutter removal at Copper Ridge; developers to proceed before Council acceptance
Planning staff said the Missouri Department of Transportation told Copper Ridge developers to remove curb and gutter on DD Highway; once removed, public improvements will be forwarded to City Council for acceptance.

Barbara Carroll, Director of Community Development, told the commission that the Copper Ridge subdivision on DD Highway is being changed per a Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) directive. Carroll said MoDOT informed the developers that the curb and gutter must be removed; developers are in the process of removing those improvements.
