At 9:25 a.m. Commissioner Harry Otto moved to go into closed session pursuant to Section 610.021 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri to discuss personnel issues [Section 610.021(13)] and existing or proposed security systems [Section 610.021(20)]. Commissioner Jeff Hoelscher seconded the motion and the vote was recorded as Commissioner Bushman (Yes), Commissioner Hoelscher (Yes), Commissioner Otto (Yes).
