The Cole County Commission met April 2, 2025, and at 1:30 p.m. moved into a closed session to discuss personnel matters under Section 610.021(3) of the Revised Statutes of Missouri. Commissioner Jeff Hoelscher made the motion to go into closed session, Commissioner Harry Otto seconded, and the roll-call vote recorded Commissioners Sam Bushman, Jeff Hoelscher and Harry Otto voting "Yes," after which the meeting proceeded in closed session.
