The Cole County Commission unanimously voted April 1 to appoint Hal Dulle to complete the remainder of Connie Cunningham’s term on the Cole County Parks Committee. Commissioner Harry Otto made the motion, Commissioner Jeff Hoelscher seconded it, and Presiding Commissioner Sam Bushman and both commissioners voted Yes.
