Council authorizes bids for W 5th, Adams, Lindoo and College Ave valve replacement
The Common Council authorized sending W 5th St, Adams Ave and Lindoo Ave to bid (city-funded) and approved bidding a College Ave valve replacement project that would abandon a 1946 4-inch main, connect services to a 6-inch main and replace four broken valves; College Ave costs charged to the Water Utility.

Director of Public Works K. Gorsegner told the council the W 5th St, Adams Ave and Lindoo Ave projects are planned for the current year and will be fully funded by the City. Council authorized sending those projects to bid (motion Christianson/Kenyon), with voice vote recorded as 7-yes, 0-no.
