The Cold Spring Historic Review Board on the evening of the meeting granted approval for a plan to finish the existing basement at 65 Pauline, proposing relocated windows and doors, an outdoor shower beneath the existing deck and a pellet stove venting through a sidewall. The applicant said the changes would be minimally visible from Pauline Avenue and Chestnut Street because of existing plantings and hedges.
