Planning staff presented a conditional use permit application by Chris Dare to construct and operate a construction office on a 71‑acre parcel in Rose Hill (CU 2603). Staff said the office will support administrative duties for employees, include a gravel parking area off Southwest 0025 Street and the site will still be used for agricultural purposes on the remaining acreage.
