Planning staff said Hurley Butler Holdings LLC seeks to plat roughly 40 acres east of Southwest County Line Road in Rose Hill into four lots, dedicate a 70‑foot internal roadway and provide drainage and utility easements. The planning commission approved the preliminary plat on March 3, 2026, by a 5‑0 vote and the county commission accepted the easements and road dedications in open session.
