Brian Campbell, senior project manager with the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority's Capital Delivery Group, said the Orange Line signals project is working between Forest Hills and Ruggles to upgrade signals on that segment. “Additionally, the signals project is working between Forest Hills and Ruggles performing orange line signal upgrades,” Campbell said.
