Council accepts McPherson Backhoe bid after Wilson Engineering presentation

Colton Woodard of Wilson Engineering presented bid sheets to the Leon City Council and told members that a KWO grant has covered engineering and consultant costs so far. After the presentation, Council member Kyle Hrabe moved to accept the bid from McPherson Backhoe with alternates #2, #3 and #4; Jerry Boman seconded and the motion passed 4-0.
