Representatives from E3, Alisha Juelfs and Melissa Norgard, presented their annual report and program overview to the Board. They said E3 helps entrepreneurs with grant research, application-writing, budgeting and follow-through, and highlighted funding partners including Sidney Community Donors, Nebraska Community Foundation and a USDA Rural Business Development Grant.
