Pendleton County board accepts resignations, approves new hires and posts extracurricular positions

The board accepted three resignations (Jacqueline Props; Joshua Nesselrod Cook; Ally Judy), approved multiple new hires (including Marlena Beechler) and granted permission to post four extracurricular positions, including a technology mentor whose stipend was increased from $2,000 to $3,000.

Central office staff presented a personnel slate that included resignations, position closures and new hires. The board voted to accept resignations for Jacqueline Props (extracurricular technology mentor at Pendleton County Middle High School, effective 09/09/2026), Joshua Nesselrod Cook (Franklin Elementary, effective 09/25/2026), and Ally Judy (counselor at Brandywine Elementary, effective 09/14/2026), and it approved posting four extracurricular positions that included a stipend change for an extracurricular technology mentor from $2,000 to $3,000.
