Flynn Tire Service plan approved with buffer-yard modification and closing condition
The board approved a buffer-yard landscaping modification for Flynn Tire Service to accommodate overhead power lines and granted final approval conditioned on the township receiving closing-company information prior to closing; Solicitor Sean Gallagher said amounts owed by Mr. Hespenheide would be provided to the closing company for collection at closing.

Brian Almeter of FMG, Inc. presented the Flynn Tire Service minor land development plan and requested one modification to the buffer yard because of overhead power lines. Adams Township requested that closing-company information be provided before closing.
