Staff says archway RFP near draft stage; electrical work integrated into plans
Staff told the Urban Renewal Agency that electrical issues for the archway project have been addressed, plans are being drawn, and the RFP for manufacturing and installation is nearly ready; a decision is pending on using a sister company's construction management services.
