Presenter Joanna Ostrum told the board that a geothermal feasibility project kicked off Oct. 8, 2024 and is examining site conditions, resource characterization and prior work. Ostrum said the team is also developing a public involvement plan and researching HVAC systems in larger town buildings; she estimated the work would be complete by Oct. 7, 2025.
