Board directs tracking and contractor repairs after gutter, sidewalk and mailbox damage
Staff reported damage locations on GlenEagles Links Drive and requested proposals; the Board agreed to have the district landscaper monitor contractor work and to add contract language requiring contractors to repair both sides of damaged gutters.

Charlie Krebs provided Mr. Willis with addresses of damage sustained during gutter, sidewalk and mailbox repairs on GlenEagles Links Drive; Mr. Willis said proposals were requested and additional locations will be added for GulfScapes.
