The Washington Grove Planning Commission approved a preliminary subdivision plat for 330 Ridge Road and accepted a submitted forest conservation plan at its May 6, 2026 meeting. The approvals followed detailed discussion of tree removal, site markers and landscape mitigations for two new houses proposed on Lower Ridge Road.
