The board approved multiple vendor contracts and quotes in amounts disclosed on the agenda: Everest Analytics for return‑on‑investment strategic plan monitoring ($56,165) and professional learning ($23,000); Marzano Resources for five days of on‑site professional development ($38,428.75) and embedded coaching ($46,114.50); Capital AE (CES contractor) for a phase‑1 and phase‑2 feasibility study and boundary adjustments ($173,914.89); and a corrected security‑upgrade quote from Coyote Cabling ($200,104.94).
