Polk County commissioners voted to adopt a package of final assessment resolutions for several municipal service benefit units (MSBUs) and county assessments for fiscal year 2026–27. The measures included street‑lighting and utility MSBUs and assessments intended to reimburse capital improvements, electric and water/waste systems upkeep, and nuisance and bulk‑waste abatement costs.
