City Manager Bill Reid addressed concerns about the availability and content of monthly finance reports during the Feb. 17 meeting. Reid said operating funds such as the general fund, street fund and water fund have regular activity and appear every month, while capital and special funds are less active and therefore appear less often in monthly reports.
