City Engineer Dave Schechinger told the council that 60% of plans for the new wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) had been dropped off and that Army Corps of Engineers permits have been issued; easements will still be required. Schechinger also said water and sewer permits for the Trail Ridge development have been submitted.
