Following testimony from staff, the applicant and nearly three dozen public speakers, commissioners said they needed additional time to review technical material, consolidate the staff and applicant conditions in one place, and clarify site‑map boundaries and ownership questions raised by neighbors. A motion to continue the hearing was made and seconded; the commission then voted to continue so that staff could assemble the requested documentation and the commission could meet again with a consolidated record.
