The commissioners approved the preliminary plat for Southern Addition Phase 2, finding the submission met county standards and moving the subdivision forward. The court also approved sealed bid specifications and publication for RFP No. 20251 (county depository), a ground‑lease assignment for an airport hangar, and a three‑year Westlaw subscription renewal to preserve public and attorney access to the county's law library.
