The Local Planning Agency recommended approval of Ordinance 17-78, a package of amendments to the city's Land Development Code. Staff said the changes accomplish three goals: update code references to the 2050 Comprehensive Plan, clarify the permissible modifications under statutory and nonstatutory development agreements, and add a new zoning‑permit application to address setbacks for fences and small accessory structures.
