The board reviewed and approved the district’s Final Audit Report for fiscal year 2024–25 and separately approved the Audit Certification submitted by the Butte County Office of Education (BCOE). Both items were approved by recorded motions: the final audit (Moved: Cory Waters; Second: Amy DeSmet; vote Aye 4, Nay 0, Absent 1) and the audit certification (Moved: Cory Waters; Second: Barbara Dahl; vote Aye 4, Nay 0, Absent 1).
