The City of Grand Mound council approved Resolution 26-23, a FY26 budget amendment, following a public hearing and a motion at the regular June 8 meeting. Mayor Walker opened the public hearing at 5:55 p.m.; council members present were Schanze, Kohl, Green and Beuthein, with Beitelspacher absent. There were no resident questions or objections during the hearing.
