During its Aug. 21 meeting, the Grand Mound Ordinance Committee raised concerns about language that may give ECIA a priority advantage in transfers, sales or possession of properties the city reclaims after enforcement actions for abandoned or dangerous properties. The committee formally requested a copy of the contract the city is making with ECIA so members can review the agreement and its implications.
