The Joint Planning Commission voted unanimously on Dec. 9, 2025 to approve site plan SP25-003 (Millbrook) for phase 1 of the development, a 322-unit multifamily project comprising 25 duplexes (50 units) and 12 apartment buildings (272 units), plus a clubhouse, pool, sports court and proposed dog park. The motion to approve phase 1, with the clubhouse location presented in the plan, carried on a roll-call vote of commissioners present.
