The Grand Mound City Council adopted Resolution No. 20-14 to approve transfers among budgeted funds. Council Member Fischer introduced the resolution and Council Member Beuthien seconded; the minutes record a unanimous roll call vote (Brix, Fischer, Warren, Beuthien) and the mayor signed the resolution.
