The Grand Mound City Council adopted Resolution No. 20-15 approving the fiscal year 2021 utility rates. Council Member Fischer introduced the resolution and Council Member Brix seconded; the resolution passed on a unanimous roll call by the four members present, and Mayor Kurt Crosthwaite signed the resolution.
