The Grand Mound City Council adopted Resolution No. 20-05 on Feb. 10, 2020, authorizing the City to file an FY2021 RCTP grant application. The measure was introduced by Council member Schanze, seconded by Council member Beuthien, and passed on a 4-0 roll call; Mayor Kurt Crosthwaite signed the resolution.
