On July 12, the City Council approved FY22 donations to several local organizations totaling $4,100. The approved amounts were: Clinton County Fireworks Association $2,500; Dewitt Referral Center $1,000; YWMC–Clinton $500; Crime Stoppers–Clinton County $100. The motion was made by Schanze and seconded by Beitelspacher, and the minutes record the motion as carried with all members voting in favor.
