The council approved Pay Application No. 2 for TAP-R-3032 and separately approved Change Order No. 2 (motions recorded June 14). Council also approved Pay Application No. 3 as the final payment and accepted the Certificate of Completion and Final Acceptance for the TAP-R-3032 agreement of work. Recorded motions show ayes all on each item.
