At its Aug. 10 meeting, the Gay Town Council approved a $900 transfer from maintenance and improvements reserves into the Community Building account to replace a failed refrigerator. Council member Wilkins moved the budget amendment and Council member Askvig seconded; the council voted unanimously to approve the transfer.
