Public Works reported two hydrants were tested; staff said one may be rebuilt while the other is recommended for replacement. Quotes to convert City Hall and the maintenance shop to LED lighting will be presented at the January meeting, and obtaining a solar‑power quote for city‑metered services was suggested.
