On Nov. 11 the Grand Mound City Council adopted two formal resolutions. Resolution No. 19-35, approving the FY19 Annual Financial Report (AFR), was introduced by Council member Beuthien, seconded by Schanze, and passed by roll-call vote with all members recorded as aye; the mayor signed the resolution.
