Director reports progress on Convenient MD, Indian Rock Road projects and Starbucks site-plan amendment
Director Alex Mello told the committee that Convenient MD has been issued a Certificate of Occupancy and that multiple projects on Indian Rock Road are under construction; he also reported a Starbucks site-plan amendment and land-ownership issues on Enterprise Drive.

Alex Mello, Director of Community Development, provided the committee with several construction and permitting updates. "Convenient MD’s new building Certificate of Occupancy has been granted," Mello reported; he added that the medical building at 7 Indian Rock Road is progressing, the restaurant at 1 Indian Rock Road has a poured foundation, and 11 Indian Rock Road Building C (commercial with two residential floors above) is under construction.
