The Grand Mound City Council adopted Ordinance No. 285-18, amending Chapter 136 of the city code governing sidewalks. The council voted to waive the second and third readings after a recorded roll call in which all present voted aye; Council member Olson was absent. Mayor Kurt Crosthwaite signed the ordinance for publication and posting.
