Ryan (speaker S6) told the board that Redmond is progressing well on its wastewater project — roughly 40% complete — and that the city has installed the transmission main and is preparing headworks and associated infrastructure. He said because Redmond is already on-site and permitted, its contractor could potentially extend work to include the district’s connection as a change order so the district would avoid re‑mobilizing crews later.
