Board members and staff spent the largest portion of the March 19 meeting reviewing FY27 draft budgets for three funds: operations (07/15), equipment reserve (07/16) and building fund (07/17). Administrator Holliday presented two 07/15 scenarios — one that includes current SROA contract payments and bike-patrol projections and one that omits them — with materially different deficit outcomes.
