Police chief warns he will stop HOA rules enforcement if SROA doesn't move by April 1

Police and district leaders told the board March 19 that SROA has not accepted proposed contract terms; the police chief said if there is no movement by April 1 the department will cease enforcement of HOA rules and instead provide information and referrals to SROA, and that prorated bike-patrol refunds would be about $13,000.
