Richard Pierce reported that Jason McNolty of All Points Construction is coordinating renovation work at the town office and that progress has been "intermittent." An electrician expected that day had not arrived, but initial work on a new HVAC system was scheduled to begin that week. The board noted that basement walls had been painted and asked the contractor to postpone scheduled cleaning until other work is complete.
