At a special meeting on June 2, the Andover Planning Commission opened a public hearing on a draft Town Plan revised to meet new State requirements (including energy planning and environmental justice), agreed to cite State goal #15, and recessed to June 9 for review of an updated draft from MARC.

Chair Joseph Fromberger called the special meeting of the Andover Planning Commission to order at 6:35 PM on June 2, 2026, to conduct a required public hearing on a draft Town Plan revised to meet the State's updated requirements and to incorporate 2020 census statistics. The commission discussed additions to satisfy new content mandates, including explicit energy planning and environmental justice sections.
