The Harpers Ferry City Council voted unanimously April 14 to approve Resolution 517, "A Resolution Amending the Current Budget for FY Ending June 30, 2025." Russ Walker moved the resolution with Alan J. Garin seconding; the roll-call vote recorded ayes from Garin, Walker, Barta, Diggins and Kaeppel and no nays.
