Board members asked for a clear organizational chart and position descriptions after a detailed discussion about instructional coaches deployed across elementary and middle/high schools. Presenter said the district uses a set of instructional coaches (called "RAMPs" at elementary level) who write curriculum, do learning walks and co-teach where needed, but release time and classroom loads vary by school and need.
