The Board of Commissioners adopted the Hood River County Community Wildfire Protection Plan 2025 unanimously and directed staff to coordinate citizen participation requests.

The board considered and adopted the Hood River County Community Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP) 2025, which had been presented previously in December 2024. Commissioner Babitz moved to adopt the plan and Commissioner Weathers seconded; the motion carried with unanimous votes recorded from all members.
