IDEM previews new Indiana State Materials Management Plan to meet 50% recycling goal
IDEM staff said the state contracted Eunomia to develop a comprehensive State Materials Management Plan that will model baselines, prioritize materials (paper, plastics, glass, metal, packaging, C&D, organics) and identify policy and program levers; regional open houses are planned August–September and the plan is due by year-end.
