The Hillsborough Planning and Zoning Commission approved a replat for Lots 68 and 69 of the Tarleton Addition to create new Lot identifiers (68 R1, 69 R1 and 69 R2). Planning staff said the property is recorded in the Hill County public records (volume 2,346, page 329) and is located south of 705 Mackenzie Avenue. Staff reported no comments from the 200-foot notification area and recommended approval; a commissioner moved to approve the minutes and the replat vote carried.
