Following approval of claims, transfers and other routine items, Commissioner Marlon Miller moved to adjourn; Commissioner Lee Doolen seconded and both voted aye. The meeting adjourned at 10:12 a.m., according to the minutes. "Miller made a motion to adjourn. Motion was seconded by Doolen. Doolen and Miller both voted aye.
