Lawrence County commissioners approve routine business, add procurement website resolution

At the July 21 Lawrence County commissioners meeting, the board approved several routine business items, including the July 14, 2026 meeting minutes and a full plane permit submitted by the Soil and Water Conservation District. A commissioner moved to approve the minutes "as corrected," and the motion carried on voice votes.
